We work hard to make our process personalized to your business. To ensure your business gets the attention it deserves, we assign a senior bookkeeper to each account. They manage the interaction and oversee each client engagement. In this role, the senior bookkeeper works with the client to develop a customized plan and calendar. This enables us to streamline and automate the items that need to happen in the background.

This includes recommending and setting up third party applications, which are included in our cost.

We then work with the client on implementing this plan to their specific needs. Whether it be each day, week, month, or quarter, we execute this plan which allows the client to focus more on growing their business rather than their back office function.
